ENCOURAGING Leader: SYLN Leadership and Coordinator The monthly "connecting" fellowship of the SYLN is a place where youth leaders gather each month for worship, prayer, communication, and mutual encouragement. Network business is also dicussed prior to the fellowship time.
Fellowship building events take place periodically and are chances for youth leaders to get together with one another or with their families for "hang time"
Sharing ideas and resources occurs frequently between ministries and among youth leaders at our fellowships and gatherings, so we can work together to support one another.
Accountability, mentoring and training are available for those who want additional support with veteran youth ministers or are looking for opportunities to improve their personal ministry and leadership skills. Workshops, seminars, and guided discussions are provided at various times through the year to support youth leaders in their ministry.
